Is the pool indoor or outdoor? When does it open? Our outdoor heated swimming pool opens from May 1st till October 31st (depending on the weather).

Are the buildings far away from one another? The Palm House and East House buildings are not more than 100 meters walking distance from the Main Building.

Does the hotel have connecting rooms? yes we have the following options:

  •  Junior Suite to Suite
  • Junior Suite to Junior Suite
  • Classic Pasha to Deluxe Pasha
  • Deluxe Pasha  to Deluxe Pasha
  • Comfort to Junior Suite.

Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Is the hotel Kosher? No, the hotel is not Kosher.

Does the hotel have wheelchair accessible rooms? We offer 2 Deluxe Pasha rooms which are wheelchair accessible.

Can guests arrange transportation from/ to the airport? Yes, we have a concierge desk that can arrange a pick up or transfer to the airport and many other places. Do the rooms have Coffee/ Tea makers? All our rooms have a Coffee/ Tea kit.

Is there a Safe in the room? All rooms have an in-room safe
